1. It's timeless chopper styling.
2. Great feedback from Savage owners (thanks for your help here).
3. The low price.
4. Easy to maintain.
5-10. Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun.
It is a bike that you control. It doesn’t control you. I have to laugh at some of my friends who have the "huge" so-called cruisers. They "have to" ride on the freeways, because low speeds and tight turns are a pain. My lil scooter eats 'em up. And that, ladies and gentlemen is where the fun is. Coming out of a tight corner and banging out three quick gears then throttle down for the next turn. I love the scenery of the back roads. Much more fun than looking at flat road filled with semi’s. This bike was made for fun. And even though I will eventually buy a 1400 Intruder (gorgeous bike too), I will never sell my Savage. NEVER!
